GH4648 は、900 °C 以下の温度で使用され、1100 °C 以下の短期間で使用できる Ni-Cr ベースの析出硬化変形超合金です。合金には、良好な耐熱腐食性を得るために高 cr が添加されています。同時に、この合金は次の特性を備えています。適度な強度、良好な耐疲労性と耐クリープ性、良好な冷間加工性能と溶接性能。

アプリケーション

GH4648 合金は、エンジンの燃焼室部品やその他の熱端部品など、900 ～ 1100 ℃ を必要とする高温構造部品に適しています。
